Overview
The Toyota Virtual Showroom is an innovative digital platform that redefines the car-buying experience. Customers can explore vehicles in 3D, customize colors and accessories, interact with the selected model, and access features such as price quotes, test-drive scheduling, and version comparisons.
This project was successfully implemented across Toyota’s dealership network in Brazil and Argentina, offering customers a more engaging and convenient way to explore their next vehicle.
Impact
The Virtual Showroom not only modernized the customer journey but also increased engagement both in dealerships and online. It became a competitive differentiator for Toyota, broadening its reach and streamlining the decision-making process for buyers.
