Overview
This project focused on designing the pricing and offer management system for Eduzz, allowing sellers to create multiple offers for the same product and define country-specific pricing. The feature provides greater control and flexibility in monetization strategies, enabling a more tailored approach to global markets.
Impact
With this new system, sellers gained the ability to manage their pricing strategies more efficiently, adapting to different currencies and customer segments. As a result, over 2 million producers now have a more effective and scalable way to manage their offers, leading to improved revenue optimization.

Process
The project started with collaborative ideation sessions alongside the Head of Product to define core functionalities and ensure alignment with business goals. I then moved on to UX design, creating intuitive interfaces that simplified the pricing and offer setup. After that:
I conducted usability tests to validate workflows and refine the experience.
Developed a detailed handoff to facilitate smooth implementation by developers.
Closely monitored the launch, ensuring adoption and addressing potential issues.
The new Offers & Pricing Management feature transformed how sellers configure and optimize their product pricing. With a more flexible and scalable system, Eduzz empowered its users to make data-driven pricing decisions, enhancing global offer management and revenue potential.
